Our full school day schedule runs from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Half-day schedule options are available from 8:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

We also offer a before-school program (6:45 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.) and an after-school program (3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.).

Lunch: Royal Montessori Academy provides milk and water for students during all lunch periods. It is the parents’ responsibility to provide each child with a lunch. Please note that lunches are kept at room temperature until lunchtime, so ice packs in lunch boxes are recommended to keep food cool if needed. We can heat your child’s lunch, so feel free to pack items that require warming. The school will provide all eating utensils.

Snack: Our parents provide snacks once a month. Each day, a different parent will be responsible for bringing snacks for your child’s classroom. We provide parents with a detailed list of snack suggestions, and they can bring the snacks to school in grocery bags. Students use this snack time as Practical Life work in the classroom, helping prepare snacks and setting the table.

For the safety of our community, Royal Montessori Academy maintains secure and controlled access to our building. Enrolled families receive personalized access passes for entry from 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM. All visitors must sign in at the front desk and complete a background screening before entering. These measures ensure a safe and welcoming environment where children can learn and grow with confidence.

Building Security: Students must have an authorized pick-up person on file, and only those listed can pick up the child. Only adults over 18 years old are permitted to pick up students; siblings under 18 are not allowed to do so. If someone not on the authorization list attempts to pick up a child, that child will not be released until we contact the parents or guardians for verbal authorization. Additionally, all authorized individuals should be prepared to present ID for verification by our staff and administration.

Student Pick-Up Security: Each student must have an authorization form on file at Royal Montessori Academy, which provides a list of individuals authorized to pick up the child(ren). All students must be picked up by an adult over 18 years of age. No siblings under 18 can enter the school to pick up and leave with any child. If an individual who is not on the authorization form arrives to pick up your child, that child will not be released until the school has contacted the parents to obtain verbal authorization. All authorized pickup individuals should be prepared to present an ID upon request from staff and administration at Royal Montessori Academy.

Welcome to Royal Montessori Academy, where learning begins in extraordinary ways. We provide exceptional Montessori education for children aged 18 months through kindergarten, blending time-tested Montessori principles with Christian values. Royal Montessori Academy is not a daycare; it is a private school registered with the Department of Public Instruction (DPI) in the Ashwaubenon School District (West Campus) and the Green Bay School District (East Campus). We are a private school with a private educational program that meets all the criteria outlined in Wisconsin Statute 118.165(1). We provide Montessori education for children aged 18 months through kindergarten, blending time-tested Montessori principles with Christian values and daily practices. Additionally, Royal Montessori Academy adheres to Wisconsin Statute 121.02(1)(f), which requires each school board to schedule at least 437 hours of direct pupil instruction annually.

Toddler Program: This program is for children aged 18 months to 3 years. A child must be at least 18 months old to enroll in this program.

Preschool Program: This program is for students aged 3 to 5 years. Each child must be 3 years old by September 1st of the current school year and be independently potty-trained to enroll in this program.

Kindergarten Program: This program is for children who are 5 years old by September 1st of the current school year.

Our school program operates for an average of 40 weeks each school year. However, there are times when the school is closed for holiday breaks and staff development days. These closures have been taken into account when determining the tuition price for each school year. Please note that there are no makeup days for the days when the school is closed. The school calendar is distributed each January for the upcoming school year.

Prospective families must schedule a tour of Royal Montessori Academy between 9 AM and 11 AM to observe our classrooms and facilities. This tour is a prerequisite for enrollment and offers a comprehensive understanding of our educational environment. To arrange a visit, please contact our main office. 

Enrollment Process: Enrollment begins with online registration through the Brightwheel platform, available to new families each year on the first business day of February, until we reach capacity for the upcoming school year. A registration fee is required upon processing your online enrollment to secure your child’s place in our program. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Waiting List: If the program you wish to enroll your child in is at full capacity, and you have already received a tour of Royal Montessori Academy, your information will be added to our waiting list. We will promptly notify you when an opening becomes available in the desired program. Upon notification, you will have until the end of the following business day to accept your child’s position and begin the enrollment process through the Brightwheel platform. If there is no response by the end of the following business day, your child’s position will be forfeited and offered to the next child on the list. Enrollment through the Brightwheel platform allows you to pay the necessary registration fees, sign a financial agreement, and pay for the first month’s tuition.

 Provisional Acceptance: All children are initially enrolled with the understanding that if our program cannot meet their needs, our staff will work collaboratively with parents to explore suitable alternatives.

Financial Agreement: Official enrollment is confirmed once the school receives your payment of the registration fee and a signed financial agreement. Enrollment is binding, and parents are responsible for monthly tuition payments regardless of attendance. Royal Montessori Academy is an inclusive school that welcomes students of all backgrounds and does not discriminate in its educational and admissions policies. We strive to create a balanced and inclusive learning environment that accommodates children with special needs, in line with Montessori philosophy and early childhood best practices. However, there may be instances where our program is not the best fit for a child’s specific needs. In such cases, we reserve the right to advise alternative arrangements and assist families in finding a more suitable program.

Tuition payments at Royal Montessori Academy are managed through the Brightwheel platform and can be made via ACH transfer or credit card. Tuition fees are structured into nine monthly installments, beginning on September 1st and concluding in June. Please note that a late fee of $35.00 will be charged for any tuition payments not received by the due date.

No credits are given for absences, including illness, family emergencies, or vacations. Additionally, there are no tuition credits for school closures.

Royal Montessori Academy does qualify for most Flex Spend plans. Since each plan differs, we encourage you to verify specific details with your provider.
